COSTS FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION

The Romanian Opera in Craiova will not cover costs for travel and accommodation incurred during the competition.

•     Mass-media access will be allowed to all three stages of the contest;
•     Public access will be allowed only to Semi final and Final and will be free of charge;
•     By signing the contest form, candidates cede copyright for the advertising, audio and video recordings throughout the contest;
•     Any litigation between organisers and candidates will be solved amiably;
•     Signing the registration form, candidates fully agree with the present regulations;
•     Measures and decisions taken by the jury of the contest are final and irrevocable;
•     Participation fee will not be refunded under no circumstance; it is the candidates responsibility if they lose the amount deposited in the account if they do not participate in the contest;
•     The programme sent by the candidate on the registration form cannot be further changed.

Organisers have the right to replace one or more members of the jury if the designated ones are unable to participate in the contest or in one of the stages.

DRESS CODE

Please note that appropriate dress is necessary for both the preliminary and the final round (formal dress for concerts).
