Tehnical director

COSTINEL STANCU is a technical director at „Elena Teodorini“ Lyrical Theatre since 1994, and in this capacity he participated to several operas and operettas („Aida“, „The Troubadour“, „Nabucco“, „Rigoletto“ – by G. Verdi, „The Barber of Seville“ by G. Rossini, „Mam’zelle Nitouche“ by F. Hervé, „The White Horse Inn“ by R. Benatzky), ballets („Faust“ by Ch. Gounod, „The Fountain of Bakhchisarai“ by B. Asafiev and collajes „El Amor“, „That Jazz“, „Dance with me“), the musical comedy „Good Evening, Mr. Wilde!“ and children shows („Long Road, Short Story“, „Who's Your Daddy?“ – both by F. Comişel, „Peter Pan“ by L. Profeta, „The Tin Soldier“, „Cinderella“ – both by D. Capoianu, „The Sleeping Beauty“, „Little Dorothy“, „Mary Poppins“ – the last three by Marius Ţeicu).

 At the same time, over the two decades spent working for „Elena Teodorini“ Lyrical Theatre, Costinel Stancu also performed in several shows, such as The Director in „The Merry Widow“ by Fr. Lehár, The Groom in „The White Horse Inn“ by Ralph Benatzky , The Director in „Mam’zelle Nitouche“ by F. Hervé and one of the Suitor Princes in „The Tin Soldier“ by D. Capoianu.
